The website https://k-beauty.paris (“the Site”) is published under the name K-Beauty Paris by an independent member of the Atomy Europe network, established in Belgium.

The information required by Article XII.6 of the Belgian Code of Economic Law — company name, address of the establishment, enterprise number (CBE) and VAT number — will be displayed here before the paid service opens. Contact: contact@k-beauty.paris.

Status of the publisher and independence from Atomy

The publisher is an independent member of Atomy Europe GmbH (Kölner Str. 12, 65760 Eschborn, Germany), a direct-selling company. The Site is a personal initiative of the publisher: it is neither operated, controlled nor endorsed by Atomy Co., Ltd, Atomy Europe GmbH or any of their subsidiaries. The opinions expressed are those of the publisher.

“Atomy”, the names of ranges and products, the official photographs and the product sheets reproduced on the Site are the property of Atomy Co., Ltd and its assignees. They are used for information and presentation purposes, in accordance with the communication rules that apply to members of the network. Any claim relating to this content may be sent to contact@k-beauty.paris.

What the Site does and does not do

• The Site sells no products and collects no orders. Purchases are made exclusively on the official website atomy.com, under the conditions and at the price set by Atomy, identical for everyone, member or not.
• The Site distributes access codes that allow you to create a free Atomy account. The publisher receives remuneration from Atomy for sponsoring the accounts created in this way, in accordance with Atomy’s compensation plan. The visitor pays nothing for this code.
• The Site offers a subscription-based cosmetic advice assistant (see the subscription terms). This is the Site’s only paid service.

No promise of income

The Site does not present Atomy membership as a source of income and makes no promise of earnings. Creating an Atomy account is free, without commitment and without any obligation to purchase. Anyone who chooses seller status does so under their sole responsibility, after reading Atomy’s official documents; results vary from person to person and no income is guaranteed.

Cosmetic advice, not medical advice

The descriptions, videos and answers of the assistant are for cosmetic information purposes. They constitute neither medical advice, nor a diagnosis, nor a health claim. Food supplements are not a substitute for a varied, balanced diet or a healthy lifestyle. Consult a healthcare professional for any medical condition, pregnancy, breastfeeding or ongoing treatment, and read the product label before use.

Virtual advisors and generated content

Claire, Yasmine, Souyka and Lily are virtual characters generated by artificial intelligence; their videos and the assistant’s answers are produced automatically from Atomy’s official product sheets and may contain inaccuracies. The Site points this out wherever such content appears.

Intellectual property

The K-Beauty Paris logo, the texts written by the publisher, and the structure and code of the Site are protected by copyright. Any reproduction or reuse beyond private use requires the publisher’s written consent.

Liability and links

The publisher endeavours to keep the Site up to date, in particular the prices and availability recorded on atomy.com, without being able to guarantee their accuracy at all times: the information on atomy.com prevails. The Site links to third-party sites (atomy.com, social networks, payment provider) whose content the publisher does not control.

Applicable law and disputes

The Site is governed by Belgian law. In the event of a dispute with a consumer, and failing an amicable solution, the Belgian courts have jurisdiction. Consumers may also contact the Consumer Mediation Service (mediationconsommateur.be) or report a problem to the FPS Economy via pointdecontact.belgique.be.
